The owner is a self-employed professional registered in Spain and serves clients in the United States. There is no incorporated entity behind this service, which is why the individual’s details are given above rather than a company’s.
2. What the service is, and what it costs
This website describes a service: building and maintaining a website with a menu, pricing and quoting engine for catering businesses — caterers, food trucks that work events, private chefs, bakeries and restaurants with a catering arm. It is not the caterer's website itself and it takes no orders.
The prices published here — a subscription of $59 a month, or $708 a year, with no setup fee — are indicative and are not a binding offer. The subscription does not vary with sales volume, with the number of quotes sent, or with the number of events run, and no commission is taken on any order. The specific terms of each engagement (scope, timescales, rounds of changes and payment terms) are agreed in writing with each client before work begins. Prices are in US dollars and are what the client is invoiced: no sales tax and no VAT is added. The service is supplied from Spain to a business established in the United States, which places it outside the scope of EU VAT; any tax a client owes in its own state on the purchase of a service is the client’s to account for.
3. Terms of use
Access to this website is free and open. Anyone using it agrees to do so lawfully and not to use it for unlawful purposes or to interfere with its operation.
The owner may change the content of this website at any time, and may suspend or withdraw access without prior notice.
4. Intellectual property
The text, design, code and other elements of this website belong to its owner unless stated otherwise. Reproducing, distributing or altering them without express permission is not allowed.
The content of our clients' websites belongs to the clients. Photographs, text and trademarks of each property belong to their owner, and we acquire no rights over them by hosting or maintaining them.
Where we prepare a demonstration based on a public listing, its images and text are used solely to show the owner how their own website would look. That demonstration is not indexed by search engines, has an expiration date, and is deleted immediately on request by its owner, with no justification required.
5. Liability
The owner makes reasonable efforts to keep this website available and its information current, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or uninterrupted.
Information on this website about running a catering business — sales tax on prepared food and on delivery, the treatment of a mandatory service charge, allergen labelling, food-handling permits and cottage-food rules — is general in nature and is not legal or tax advice. Every business should confirm its obligations with its own attorney or CPA, as they vary by state and by county and change frequently. We do not provide compliance, food-safety certification, recipe costing, inventory, staff payroll or delivery routing; the service is a website, a menu, a price and a record of the order, and the data exports so the business can meet those obligations itself.
Allergen and dietary information is entered by the caterer and remains the caterer's responsibility in full. The software records what it is told, shows it to the customer and carries it through to the order; it does not verify it, and it cannot know what happens in a kitchen. Nothing in this service transfers any part of that duty away from the business preparing the food.
In the relationship between a caterer and its customers, the owner of this website is not a party to the transaction: it plays no part in the order, receives none of the money paid by the customer, and is not liable for obligations arising from the agreement between the caterer and the customer.
6. Links to other sites
This website may link to third-party pages. The owner does not control their content and is not responsible for it.
7. Data protection
How personal data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
8. Governing law
This relationship is governed by the law of Spain, where the service provider is established, and the courts of Valencia have jurisdiction over any dispute — except where a mandatory consumer-protection rule in the client’s own country provides otherwise. Nothing here limits rights a client has under the law of their own state or country that cannot be waived by agreement.
